We collect the smallest amount of information needed to print and post your order, and we look after it properly. Here is exactly what that means.

What we collect
- The email address and message you send through our contact form.
- Your order details — name, email, delivery address and items — collected at checkout.
- Artwork files you upload in the Design Studio so we can print your cutter.
- Basic, aggregated analytics about how the shop is used.
How we use it
We use your details to make and send your order, answer your enquiry, keep the sales records Australian tax law requires, and improve the shop. That is it.
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising you did not ask for.
Your artwork
Artwork you upload is stored at a permanent public link, which anyone holding that link can open, so that our studio can retrieve the file for printing. Please do not upload anything confidential or personal.
We use your file only to produce your order. If you would like it deleted once your order is fulfilled, email us and we will remove it.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and we never see or store it. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the order summary.
Cookies & your bag
We use a small amount of local browser storage to remember what is in your bag between visits. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this shop.
Who we share with
Only the services that make the shop work: Stripe for payments, and our hosting, file storage and email providers. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sugarimprint@hotmail.com and we will action reasonable requests within 30 days.
Contact form and order emails are transactional, so we do not add you to a mailing list you did not sign up for.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit. Order records are kept only as long as we need them for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted.
If you are under 16, please have a parent or guardian place any order on your behalf.
